  1. the hammer looking ones? just beat it!


  2. if it's the hammer kind. just don't beat it so hard that you put holes in the meat. and if your using if for chicken cutlets or stuffed chicken, make sure you cover the chicken with plastic wrap and use the  smooth side of the hammer
