It's called "tethering".  You use your phone as a modem and use a dial-up connection.  Or you can use a cellular modem (they connect to the computer by USB) and get a connection at about 250kbps.  You'd have to add the modem as a phone and have a plan that lets you use it.

first you need to be on a certain priceplan such as the T-mobile one where your pay an extra £7.50 a month then you just simply conect you fone via an usb port (or bluetooth) and it should work as a plug and play thing :D
