go to gmail.com and register yourself as new user. then go to orkut.com and use the same id to start up your account.

At first, you need a Orkut Account. Use any email Id or Gmail Id for registration in www.orkut.com, then create your profile using your personal details, professional details, about me, photos, videos etc. And your profile will be created. Then you'll able to join various communities, making friends, scrapping and lots more. Try it. I hope you'll enjoy orkut. Have a nice time. :)

jus do the following steps

if u have a google id well and good..

jus click "JOIN NOW"

and fill in all details.

then in the left corner u will have add friends

give yur email id otherthan gmail or gmail also works but it mus contain any of yur friends id too...

then u can change yur profile images and enjoy orkutting!!!!!!!!

1st create a goolge account i.e is gmail go into this web site www.gmail.com

click sing up for gmail.

after creating it

go to www.orkut.com

and fill ur details like ur personal details ects.

i.e ur orkut will be created.
