How to use picture as avatar???? PLEASE HELP!?

Ok, I have a 360 profile. But as you can see by my avatar, I have not figuired out how to use a pic as an avatar. Please help me if you can!!

  2. First you should make your Avatar then go 2 ur page , Click on personal photos , u will enter in another page , there is a URL under the place that you Browse pics , it says : Or , Add You Yahoo! Avatar , ...  Then add it !!!
