Can I save playstation 2 data to the playstation 3 hard drive? If so, how do I do it?

  1. well you did the hard part already.  if you have more space left in the internel "memory card" you can just save them on that.  make sure that they are plugged in the proper "slot"  you do this by pressing the ps button (the clear white button in the middle of the controller) and going under the memory card options.  lets say you need more room cause your stuck last gen then yeah all you have to do is create a new memory card.  its really fast just go under memory under the game section.


  2. I can't remember exactly where this is. I think it is under the game tab in the XMB. You'll see an option to create a PS2 and a PS1 memory card in order to save games on the hard drive. You need both if you want to save for both systems.
