I have these two items and they have no instructions. I got the liquid potpourri from Ana's linnens and the potpourri crock pot I just bought for a1$ from Savers. Does any one know how you are supposed to use these items properly?

Thank you

  1. You pour the potpourri into the pot but not full up. Maybe 3/4 full. You plug in the pot. Be sure that it is in a safe location. The pot will get warm. The cord needs to be out of the way. The pot can be tipped over and you don't want that. Leave it plugged in for several hours but check and make sure the is liquid in it. The scent will fill the room. DON'T FORGET ABOUT IT BEING PLUGGED IN. There will be some thick liquid in the bottom. I just store it that way but you can empty it out. It will take a paper towel to get out.  Enjoy.

  2. Just to clarify, did you get one of those burners with a top and a bottom bowl where the bottom bowl has vent holes? If so...

Well, I usually just use a teacandle in the bottom of the potpourri burner and I fill the top bowl about half full. I don't think it matters too much how much you put in there just as long as it doesn't boil dry. Um...it's pretty straight forward I suppose. Be careful it gets sort of hot.

I think that's about it! Good luck!
