How to use & save electric energy or any other energy? ?

how to change the use of electricity or by using solar energy.or something else like the fan or light in the room automatically turns on or off when an individual comes around the fixed radius of that gadget and it turns on or off.

I want to share my knowledge to you because I'am an electricion. Do you know? The best way to conserve energy is left the light go on along the night by doing switch on when you entered the room and switch off when you exit from the room. This is because ordinary light bulb need huge amount of electricity when is turn on. Example Light A is left switch on along the night and just used about 10 watts. But the Light B with is turn on as many as two times, the power has been used by Light B is 19 watts. I hope I can get 10 points because of my informative answer.
