How to use the TV as a monitor with S-Video?

I bought an S-Video cable and plugged it in to both the computer and the TV, but nothing happened. Do I have to change the settings on my computer? There were no instructions that came with the cable.

  1. You need to go to the display properties>settings to enable the display.
