How to use the clothing hut in virtual villagers 3?

i have level 3 restoration and i built all of the three huts but when i drag a villager to any of the huts it will just say "fixing or examining hut".. do i have to fix one of the huts before using it and if so how will i know when it is fixed? can someone please help me?!?

When you drop a villager onto the clothing hut, it should say "Do you want to spend 5000 tech points to change this villager's clothing?"

Are you sure you are dropping a villager on the correct hut?  You say you have built all three huts, but I have four total (five if you count the "marriage hut".   See map below.  The clothing hut is not on the map, yet, but, in my game it is in the center of the three other huts on that map.  http://www.virtualvillagers3.net/tips/vi...

I don't think the rubble to build the clothing hut appeared until I had level three in Science.  I have seen posts in forums that say you have to have level three in all technologies, but that's not true because I had the hut long before I bought Alchemy tech.
