  1. weights wont flatten your chest.... if you want flatten chest then dont eat.

    weights will make your chest pump out  


  2. well here's one way you can work our ur pecs (man boobies)

    lay on a flat elevated surface (something like a piano chair or close to it), or maybe just on the floor.

    you lay down with the weights either touching the floor or lower than the chair, then lift the weights up using straight arms and touch the weights together above your head, them lower then back down and repeat.

  3. Since it isn't muscle, lifting weights won't help. If you're not overweight and it still looks like you have b*****s, then your doctor should be able to help. You don't have to live like that.

    If it looks like b*****s because you're overweight, then simply losing weight should make them go away, no matter how you do it.

  4. flatten your chest? you want it to pop out,man! unless your trying to get rid of man b***s, though then yes,weights can help with that. do bench press and lots of pushups, ask a trainer,etc. for tips

  5. All u need 2 do is just do regular situps, and eat a normal healthy diet!
