How to use wifi network on itouch?

i just bought my i touch. i m wondering that is wifi free or not.if not how do i get a conncection?

If so, while at the store, just press the Safari button and you'll get on the internet in no time and start surfing.

You can find free WiFi access at local public libraries, Cosi's & Pannera Breads (eateries), etc.....
