I'm just feeling like REALLY stressed out because of school coming up, angry at my ex for leaving stupid messages on my myspace which I refuse to reply to (simply blocked him, still not sure if this is the right answer) and frustrated because I really don't have many people to talk to they all went on vacation...

Any ideas...

  1. Exercise.

  2. Swimming

    Walking

    Cycling

Punching the c**p out of a pillow

VERY loud music (get your parents out of the house first)

Writing angry letters to people that you will *never* send

If all else fails, I hear chocolate can be helpful...

  3. punching bag

  4. go play a game using god mode and mass destruction... great way to let it all out!!!

  5. You might consider investing in a punching bag....

Another good thing to do, is to find just one person who you know you can trust, that you can vent to... Sometimes all you need is a good talk.

  6. Take a long walk, bring your iPod/mp3 player/cd player with you and just spend some time with yourself.  I've found that listening to music and isolating myself a little bit really helps to relieve some stress.

  7. Ideas:

    Talk about it (Friend, Family,Chatroom)

    Write about it (Poem, Lyrics,Journal)

Walk it out (Or any physical activity)

Draw it out (Any art form)

Personaly, I think the best would be writing a song about the anger due to your ex, then mailing it to her/him. hehe.

  8. write letters how you feel, exercise

DO NOT PUNCH A PUNCHING BAG! IT CREATES MORE TESTOSTROME MAKING U ANGRIER LATER ON

trust me bro, i was just let outta a psych ward, i was there for anger management among other things
