How to view menus using microsoft office?

the menus in any of my ms-office disappeared. i think they were accidentally hidden from tools-menu. the problem is, i don't know how to put them back since there is nothing written in the menus anymore.

does any of you guys know any shortcut keys to bring the menus back?

  1. Right-click a toolbar (with the buttons)

    Choose Customize

    Click Toolbars

    Select "Menu Bar"
