The easiest way to share files with any computer, not just Vista, is to use the Internet.

Upload the file you need (archive them if there are many files) to MediaFire ( http://www.mediafire.com ), and save the download link.

Use this link for whatever you want: sharing with a friend, uploading on another computer, etc.

If you can't access the internet, use a flash drive or CD. This is pretty straightforward; simply copy and paste your files to the drive.

If all else fails, and you REALLY need to get some files from one computer to another, you can link them manually with a cable.
