How to vote for the president?

Ok so on election day, I will be located in Los Angeles; however I am registered in Orange County. I know there's a way to mail in my vote before election day, but I have forgotten what it is called and how to do so. Please help. This is my first time voting.

I'm not for sure, but try to google it & see if you can find something.  I think you have to get an absentee ballot or something.
