Question:

How to wake myself up in the morning?

I am always very tired in the morning, I get about 7 hours of sleep a night. I need to wake up so I can focus on my schoolwork. What can I do to WAKE UP? Please help, and if you need any more information just ask and I will give it. C:

  1. Go to bed earlier. Definatly. Also take a melatonin which will make u sleep really good and wake up great then put the alarm clock on the other side of the room and that way you have to get up and turn it off then jump a few times and splash water on your face you will be like a lot more awake trust me ! ( it always works for me ! )

Based upon my experience (I am SOOOOOO tired in the AM), the best way to wake up is to place my alarm somewhere across the room.  When it goes off, I have to walk over to it to turn it off.  This in itself helps significantly.  Also, I have learned not to push snooze as this only makes me more exhausted.  

    The other things to do is to make a routine for yourself in the morning.  Hold yourself to the routine and over time, your body will adjust to the time you have to get up.
