  1. Bed earlier then you're not tempted to hit snooze because you're still tired.


  2. set your alarm on a phone or clock or whatever, and put the clock/phone far away from your bed, so you actually have to get out of bed, to turn it off =]

It gets better with routine.Do not forget that "healthy" breakfast, before rushing out the door.Then when night night comes, you start all over again. <}:-})

I used to not be a morning person (luckily I have grown out of that!) and I would put my alarm clock on the other side of the room.  The problem with that is that I had no problem getting up to turn it off, and then hopping back in bed.  I still advise putting the alarm clock on the other side of the room, but I would have a second alarm that goes off 5 minutes after the first alarm goes off.  That should tick you off enough that you get up, turn it off and stay up.

  5. Set 2 alarm clocks at the same time or go to sleep really early.

    My mom wakes up at like 2:00 in the morning and goes to sleep at like 10:00 at night..kinda weird >.<

If you cannot woke up with your alarm clock, you should get a new loud alarm.  Maybe you should buy a loud alarm with vibration.  You can put vibrator under your mattress or pillow.  Also, you should put your clock far away from bed, so you have to walk to turn it off between your bed and clock.

    Also, you would like to go to sleep earlier, so you can feel improve your feel in next day.

  12. go to be early. and if you have the 'hit the snore' syndrome like i do, put your alarm clock across the room. that's a sure fire way to make sure you get your butt up to turn it off! i set about two alarms (about 10 minutes apart) in two different areas of my room in case i'm tempted to jump back in the bed after the first alarm.

  13. go to bed a little earlier and then set the clock, and then set the clock back 1/2 hour or 15 min. earlier to reach your target wake up time.
