  1. strech out, run for a while, then get a parter and throw the ball with your arms like if ur pitching a ball  (10 for each arm)  then hit the ball with the bottom of ur palm to your partner, bump the ball with your patner  with out letting it fall, paractice setting, then have your parter set the ball so you can practice spiking, practice your over hand serves ... if you want to jump higher, find a line in the floor jump back and forth for 40 seconds, (relax), jump side to side for another 40 seconds (relax) and finally, jump crossing your legs (right foot in front, side, left foot in front)  for another 40 seconds

all this really helps me do better.....

  2. what i always do is this:

1- take a lap around the gym, just to warm up

2- then, walk around the total boundaries of the volleyball court. it helps you know your boundaries, know your space, and your area that you will play in.

3- after that i usally stretch. i stretch my legs, my arms.. just anything that is comfortable..

4- before the coach or the whole team gets there i usally just bump in a circle with a couple of teammates.

5- set a few times to yourself

6- practice your serve until it is nice and firm, and it goes over almost every time.

  3. run for a few minutes i think 5-10 is good to get ur muscles toned...then stretch everything for 20 seconds each.... and then you can start peppering or serving or w.e you want to work on... have fun=]

  4. Do stratches to warm up your armsso your serving is great. Then do some leg warm ups to be able to be in the ready postition all game

  5. First we stretch a little then we bounce the ball with two hands behind your back then use just one hand and you throw it at the ground really hard so it bounces do that till u feel lose. Then we bump for like 3 min. then pepper, Bump Set Hit. Then i serve the ball! and you have a warm-up that makes sure you are warm enough to play!

I hoped i helped you some!

  6. play football first, and if things dont heat up, play basketball..then ur ready to play volleyball..hehe

  7. Do a lot of running. Loosen up your leg muscles. Stretch your arms pretty good, too, and practice serving, passing, setting, the whole enchilada. Just get stretched and loosen up. It's pretty simple.
