  1. Cool water and soap.  I use either the permanent press (permapress) cycle or the delicate cycle.  You can hang dry on hangars if the hanger is a plastic one.  If you don't have plastic (thick) hangars, just drape over the back of a chair that is NOT wood.  From clothes line, hang upside down.

  2. Cleaning directions depends on how dirty you get them.  I've always thrown them in with all the other laundry, hot or cold water, soap, then the dryer with no problem.  If they are made right, they should not shrink or twist.  If they do, return them for a refund, but hang on to that receipt!  You are paying for a top quality item, so shrinkage is out of the question.  Tide  and some other soaps will bleach them and that is not controllable during manufacturing so not warranted.  Clean according to use.  If really sweaty, use hot water.

  3. This a cotton shirt you're talking about right?  Wash it with like-colors (whites, brights or darks) and in cold water.  Yes, cold water cleans well too.

Unless you will always take the time to flat dry (hanging could stretch it if the garment is too heavy with water) the dryer should be fine as long as you don't leave it in there to roast.  Like most items, remove it when it's just damp.

  4. read the label on the inside of the shirt, follow those directions, if that does not work, use woolite for fine washables follow directions and do not put them in the dryer. hang them up to dry. it works for my son.
