Hand wash in cold water, don't use a spin dryer! gently wring, and hang out to dry.

Read the label in the garment for directions. I use cold water and a delicate dry cycle to remove most of the water. While the item is still a little damp, remove and hang in a well-ventilated area to dry. If it's too damp or wet, it may get that mildew odor, so be careful.
