Install SopCast from the link above; first one on the list. Once you install it, an icon will appear on your desktop, from there register for an account (simple- won't ask personal info), then login. From there, just hit the live channels tab and there will be lots of live channels with one of them being for the WWE under the sports section. Note: that channel will be available right before and during the Summerslam so don't go looking for it now. It works great and it's free; you can watch all WWE PPVs with it.
I watched UFC 87 on it. It's much better quality as opposed some other links (justintv or xtreams) people give you plus it won't stop streaming due to a bug in the middle of a fight like those other sites will. You watch it full screen on your computer as if though you had paid the $50 or whatever... gimme a star once you download it, please.
