Is it possible to go to 95th floor restaurant in Hancock tower and watch the skyline for free? can anyone get into that restaurant?

  1. The restaurant on the 95th floor is excellent value and has incredible views of the city and Lake Michigan. Would recommend it over Sears Tower as there is no queue or fee to enter.
