How to wax my skies???

i got a thing of swix universal glide wax thats fluorinated its rub on...... how to i apply it to my skies ext.? thanks for any info

Turn the ski base towards you, open the container, rub on the base.  It is best done with the bases warm, before they are placed outside or in the snow.  Rub on wax does not last a long time, a hot wax will last longer.

Follow the directions on the can. It'll only last one or two times out.  Generally recommended to use iron-on wax.  It's simple enough to go buy an old iron from Goodwill, a couple blocks of wax, a scraper and some base cleaner.  Lasts longer and you get better performance.  But I always carry the canned stuff with me in case the real wax gets worn off.
