  1. I have the same problem too. The trick is to apply eyeliner only on the outer half of the bottom "lid". I use regular black eyeliner and I don't look punk or anything like that. Good luck :D

  2. wear dark brown for starters then it looks softer but from far away looks black without looking harsh, then put it in pull your eye gently and put it on that part inside your eye right above the lashes and put more in the corner...then use black smoky shadow to finish it...O yea also high light it with a white eyeliner! you can go to Clinique Stands in malls, they'll show you how to do it for free!

  3. Only put it on the waterline, not under (like on your lash line)

I use to do it when i was younger. big mistake.

  4. like what ash said.

    something not totally black.

and get it in the pencil it doesn't look as bold as the liquid.

put it as close as u can to the eye.

    also make it thin.

  5. ok well i usually wear it punk but to not make it look punk u have to put it really close to the lashes.and a bit on the inside...it really cleans up the look....uuuhh so yeah plz pick me for best answer

  6. keep the eyeliner close to the lash line and don't put it all the way around your lid. You line the whole upper lid for a more dramatic look, but only do about 1/2 to 3/4 of your bottom lid.

    good luck,

    KT

  7. This is how i do it

I pull out the corner of my eye... like the corner on the outside and i get really close to the lash-line and i just go over and over the same spot... it gets it really dark and really thin... GOOD LUCK HUN!!

  8. try dark brown and smudge it a little.

  9. ok, i know the answer to this ha.

i'm sorry but the person who told you to put eyeliner on the inside of your eyes, like the skin that is right above your lower lashes, that's not the best advise, no offense. i used to do this until my eye doctor told me not to because, apparently, if you do this long enough it will cause your eyes to dry out cause the make-up clogs the ducts that release tears over your eyes.

anyway! back to the question, what i did instead was lightly make faint dots along the roots of your lower lashes, the closer the better, but not over the line of your lashes i fyou know what i mean, then lightly connect those faint dots like slash marks. it will give the allusion of a line without actually being a straight line. if its in a straight line you will look fake looking.

if it looks weird when you do this, try the dots with black and the slashes with dark chocolate brown or something close to it.

  10. keep the eyeliner close to the lashline and you could also blend it in a little too would help some as well. :)

  11. Put it along the crease of your eye, on the inside,

and blend it in at the corners.

That'll make the eyeliner look as natural as eyeliner can, while still making your eyes pop!

  12. don't get straight on black

get like dark brown or a color that's almost black
