It depends on the other colors that you're wearing.  If I'm wearing purple and silver or blue and silver, I always put silver under my brow bone and then blend the rest of my colors.  You could also do a smoky eye with it.  You could put it on the inner corners of your eye.  You could put it over your whole lid.  Try some different looks with it and find out the one you like best.

I would put in the corners of your eyes to bring out your eyes.

and at the side crease.  

if you want to go bold . get a good brand like GOSH or MAC and use it with metalic silver and a good bold black eyeliner to give your eye definition

The best way to wear metallic silver on your eyes is definitely on the inner 2/3's of your eyelid. Define the 'outer v' of your eyes with a smoky black, and blend it out into the lid about a a third of the way, and also up into your crease. Highlight the area right under your brow with a shimmery color close to your complexion. Black eyeliner and mascara finishes up this look nicely, along with a pale, neutral lip, as to not take away from your dramatic eyes. This is very similar to a look Ashanti did in one of her videos.
