I used the Crest whitening 7 day one. And my dentist thought I had them professionally whitened. I was really surprised at how well they worked actually. baking soda or peroxide..... Not together  just one or the other. DO it a couple times a day and girl your teeth will be white!!! if you  look at the main ingredient in teeth whiting products it is peroxide...
