How to whiten teeth quick?

i have yellow teeth and need a way to whiten them without whitning strips or baking soda.oh yeah while im here is there a way to fill in cavaties without going to the dentist?

Your gonna have to either get them bleach at the orthodontist  or use an electric tooth brush with crest plus scope tooth paste. about the cavity if you don't get that fixed it can get real serious and a big problem can occur.

dip your toothbrush in some hydrogen peroxide and brush, it works so good!

My advice is baking soda on the tooth paste. I used whitening stuff and peroxide in the past and it damaged my teeth. As far as your dentist flipping out, look for another one, if you are near a dental school I suggest it, they are professional and care about your comfort. I had a root canal at WVU and it cost about 1500 less than what my dentist wanted to charge me. If you think you have a cavity take care of it right away, I waited and ended up with a lot of complications.

Your cavities can be temporarily filled with temporary tooth filling, you can find such product at your local drug store. The cheapest way to whiten your teeth is with whitening strips but since you do not want this, go get them professionally whitened, zoom whitening works great, and while you're at your dentist get your cavities filled!! Your health is your wealth, take care of it!!!!

If you want visible results.  You're going to have to use white strips.  Crest white strips and affordable and they work.

You should go to the dentist for the cavity.. You don't want it to become more serious...
