How to wire sub and a amp?

ive got a TS-W307D2 sub and im making a box for it but im wondering if a audioline 800w 4ch amp will be ok with it and if so what would be the best way to wire it?

  1. Ur headunit should have RCA outs (Red & White) run a cable from the head unit to the RCA connection on your amp.

    Run speaker cable from ur sub to the amp

    Normally you have to go from top + to bottom - when ur using a sub but check out manufacturers specs.

    You'll also need to run a power cable either from ur battery in the car or from ur head unit.

    Need an earth which can be hooked up any metallic part of ur car.

    And finally the 'remote' connection, it can hook directly into ur headunit so it turns off when ur car turns off (the amp that is) I personally ran mine to the battery and have a switch in the dash so I can turn the amp on and off.
