How to withdraw a green card application?

my parents would like to withdraw green card application for my grandparents. what forms need to be filled out? thanks.

1-800-375-5283, ask what forms you need

to use for visa cancellation.

It depends on where the petitions are at this point, USCIS,the National Visa Center or the US embassy  back home.  But unless your parents have filled out affidavits of support for your grandparents, they can't get immigrant visas under any circumstances.
