How to withdraw money from your bank account?

it's my first one, and i'm not really sure how it goes...lol yeah im an idiot...so i walk into the bank and get some kind of sheet? or do i write a check to myself?

i thought with every account you get a card

and with that card you can withdraw from a cash machine

am i wrong

when you go into the bank, there's usually a counter with a piles of deposit slips and withdrawal slips.  complete a withdrawal slip since you want to withdraw money from your account and then go get in line to hand it to the teller.  or just simply get in line to see a teller.  don't be afraid to tell the teller it's your first time, so please kindly help you understand the process to withdraw money from your own checking account.  the teller would most likely hand you a withdrawal slip to fill out.
