    Yes is proves continually bad for the US and the way we diplomatically get out it we break the agreement with politicians that have a pair and are willing to do what is best for America not special interest groups.

    Canada and Mexico will throw a fit and might even go to the UN if we just backed out of it, but they would have no grounds to enforce a trade agreement that is disproptional to the countries that signed it.

  6. We would have to find a legal reason to repeal the treaty. It would take an act of congress. The only way to make it happen would be to vote for independents who agree to support the withdrawal.

  9. George Bush has been in the White House for 7 years.  NAFTA has been in place for more than 10.  Figure it out.
