How to work at ski resorts???

Two Australians (one with aussie and British passport) one on UK working visa with Aussie passport want to work for the season at a ski resort in Europe (or Canada) How do they go about it - are there any agencies or websites to find work from. They do not ski (have tried and would like to learn) but would like to work as chaletmaids???? ANy help?? Thx in advance
