How to work in a Cruise Line ?

I need info about how to work in a cruise line.

I found a lot of cruise lines on line, but I want to know

what's the best? what's the worst? who pays best ?

What are the qualifications....

Any info will be great.

I've been on a few cruises and have spoken to people that work on them.  The one thing I hear all the time is how low the pay is.

Honestly it really depends on what kind of position u r looking for. Do you want to do corporate work or do u want to work on board? what i suggest you do is go to the website of the cruise line u r interested in and go to their career sections then see what openings they have and see what qualifications they are looking for, Its the best way to go about it.
