Googlecashcow.com is a SCAM. These people are charging money to set up a web site and register it with Google AdSense for you, and charging a lot more than it would cost you to do it yourself -- webpage hosting is pretty cheap and I don't think that it costs much (if anything) to register a site with AdSense.

I wonder what these people put on these new web sites that they create and register... Probably cut-and-pasted garbage. So nobody will ever visit the sites, see the ads, click on the ads, and generate any AdSense revenue for them. Unless these sleezeballs use robots to generate fraudulent clicks on the crappy web sites that they create... which, if they do, won't last long.

If I were you, I would stay away from anything that isn't legally affiliated or sponsored by Google, Yahoo, etc.
