okay,i know everyone's heard or seen this kind of question before, but i really want to get into the industry by means or testing, programming, or doing other stuff like doing the art in the games, but i'm still in high school, but i think that i should start early to get experience because i'm only going to be a 10th grader, that and to say i got training or just to say i got experience doing that type of stuff, anyway is there anything i can do to prepare, any classes or anything. Any advice or tips would help.

  1. That's a pretty cool ambition =]

For classes, look into what Technology courses are offered in your school. Both computers, and communications technology could help you out.

Also, find a college with a program relating to video game design, and see what their high school pre-requisites are. That can give you some idea of what to take in high school.

Also, look in a phone book, or call you city tourism number, and try to find a local video game developing company. I live in a town with under 200000 people, and we have two companies that work with video games.

I hope I helped, and good luck!
