How to work my innovage MP3 Video Player

Question

I just purchased this mp3 video player by innovage products with 512 mb. It says I could watch videos and listen to my music, but every time I upload some videos on my mp3 video player it will not play. I would to my amv section and it keeps telling no files. When I hooked my player to my computer to see what files I have on the player it would show me all the videos I uploaded to the player. But when it will let me locate them on the player. Is there anyone who's good with mp3 players? I'm very good with technology, just not with this kind.
