  1. It's not too hard to improvise some workouts at home. For the legs do squats, squat jumps, and box jumps (just google image any exercises you arn't familiar with). If you can comfortably do 10-20 of those try doing 1 legged squats. Also, use household objects for extra weight; you don't need special equipment. You can do any leg exercises holding paint cans, sandbags (cheap!!), bricks, bags of dirt, even rocks. Do stairs with a backpack full of heavy stuff. Fill a wheel barrel with anything and wheel it around the yard for a while. Be creative!

    {An old time strong man (Russian I believe) won a world competition without using a gym; his training was making a fence. He made the fence by picking up big rocks and carrying them across a field, and stacking them. When he finished, he moved the rock fence to the other side of the field, and so on.}

  2. weights

  3. Any kind of exercise really..i.e running

    But if your at home maybe squats and lunges, they help build up the muscles in your legs by doing lots of them.

    Try a skipping rope also it could help.

  4. this may sound stupid but!

    when i wanna work on my legs, i usually dance to "walk it out" or "2 step" cuz it just makes u wanna go crazy!

    but u can always learn how to c-walk, i've been doing it for like a week and have seen my leg'sz gaining muscle and being toned!
