I gonna join into a Wine company , and My boss who recruited me is a pretty lady, and she raises 7 cats ....and she works in this company for 10years, really professional and ever worked in Hotel as the financial....This kind of Lady ,could u tell me how to work well with her ,and get her trust ??

Eric, you should just do yuor work and do it right the first time is the usual way of gaining anyones trust in the work place.

Having to be told what to do numerous times is not a good way to earn trust, so take notes when you are told how to do something, so you can reference in the future.

First of all,

I would like to say that I am deeply offended with the way that you have phrased the question: How to work with a female boss.

Why is her s*x important? Why can't you ask the question: How to work with a boss/gain their trust?

If you want to do this, keep her s*x out of it. Get to know her like you would with any other person. If she likes cats, take to her about cats/get her cat items once in a while to show her you care....you would would with other friends. Don't do it to the point where it would be seen/considered as a butt kisser...

Hey Eric, if you turn to total strangers to get advise as to how to work with a woman who obviously turns your rocks on, you'd better resign now because you don't seem to know how to deal with a woman as a human being. Show her respect, follow her lead and do your job exactly as she asks you to.  But show a bit of initiative too.

Never try to go over her head, she will have the ear of the person above her.

Above all do not try to take advantage of her, you won't do it and she will regard you as chauvinistic, or worse still, after her job!

Never tell her she is pretty, she already knows that.

One last thing say you like cats even if you don't,they must be really important to her if she has 7.  lol
