How to workout? especially on shoulders?

how do i increase my shoulder width.

currently its 35 cm.

my target is 45 cm.

is that possible?

btw.

im 15 yrs old.

my height is 169

and im 54 kg :)

  1. welll    obvouisly doing shoulder presses but also// bench pressing and incline bench press works good

    bench pressing will reallly widen ur shoulders // if that wat ur main goal is

    and  also front and lateral raisises/or other words   use one arm hold out light weight and arm almost straight raise till right above shoulder

  4. yeah... work on your whole body and you will broaden up a bit... you can't just work up your shoulders.... doing so invests in an imbalance which leads to bad posture and potential injury.

    Swimming is a good generator of a broad build ... but it takes years and years of training many km... that's OK if you are up to it. Join the swim or surf club.
