need to write a confirmation letter for my staff...

but how do you write it?

  1. address to the staff and include NRIC and/or staff number

    state that he or she is confirmed in service, then elaborate on whether there is any change in the employment term, if no change state so.

    - renumeration package

    - benefits

    - notice period

    - etc

    end with some pleasant stuff, like once again welcome onboard.

    sign off stating your name and position.
