  1. That's a rather general question, maybe this here below might help:

    1) First of all you need a good idea for a script.

    2) you construct a 3 Act structure:

    * the Setup         : Introduction characters, begin story etc.

    * the Conflict       :sombody has a goal to achieve, but some 'obstacle' is standing in the way.

    * the Revelation  : How the 'obstacle' gets out of the way.

    3) Write the PLOT, a series of scenes and actions that you are going to use in the specific Acts to play out the story.

    4) Write a 'Scenic Treatment' (list of scenes you are going to use to tell your story, with a short description of what's happening in them)

    5) Write out each scene, using a proper script format,

(you can use special software like for example 'Final Draft' for this.) beginning your scene with a scene number (although you might better put them in later) than a 'Slugline' in capitals with a description of the 'Space' (interiour or exterior) and what time of the Day it is. And right below more detailed desription of the space and the actions that take place. And eventually Dialogues in the centre of the page.

(you can't see the exact right format here below, but you will get a general idea.)

    For example:

1    INT. OFFICE SPACE - LATE AFTERNOON                1

You see a brilliant writer - that's still slightly wet from his beach visit - sitting behind his computer 'hammering' away on his computer keyboard, answering questions on Yahoo Answers.

  2. check google for sample scripts, however the basics are:

You use INT. when a scene is going to be indiese (stand for internal)

for examle if the scene will take place in the kitchen at night you would write it like this

    INT. KITCHEN - NIGHT

If it is outside you write EXT. (external) for example ROAD

    EXT. ROAD - SUNRISE

then when a character talks you write the name and under it whatever he sais, example:

    MATT

    What?

    KATY

That's write you are going to write that d**n screenplay!

    MATT

I have haven't done anything like this before!

and so on... when you change scenes immidiately you write CUT TO.

    example

    CUT TO.

    INT. ROOM - NOON

likewise if the one scene fades in you write FADE IN

and in parenthesis you write the actions, example:

    MATT

    What?

    (Grabs his head)

That would be enough for a simple play. Good luck
