How to write a thank you note to a teacher?

I want to write a thank you note to my math teacher who is really outstanding. I want it to be really sincere, but I don't know what to say!!! It may sound odd, but I want it to be the kind of letter she would cry over...if anyone understands what I mean.

Just tell her how you really feel.  Thank her for all of her hard work, and let her know how much you appreciate everything she's done.  You could mention a couple of specific things and what her work meant to you.  Don't *try* to make her cry.  Just be honest and sincere.  Teachers don't hear appreciation very often, so she'll really appreciate whatever you have to say.

just say you really appreciate the work she puts in to help you and that she has helped you...yadda yadda

im having my fave teachers over for dinner (wierd i know...but they are fantastic)
