  2. step 0ne: Start with the heading, one the top line-your name and occupation, second line-your address, and third line your contact numbers and email address.

    step Two: depending on how many words your letter will contain, skip some spaces and put the date the letter will be sent.(50-125words:6-8 spaces, 125-225words: 4-6 spaces, 225-up words: 2 spaces)

    step Three: skip two spaces. add the inside address, first line name and title (mr, mrs, ms, arch, dr, etc.) of addressee, second line position of addressee (principle, president, manager), third and fourth line, address. Use strictly only up to four lines.

    step Four: skip two lines. add salutations/greetings. note if you want it really formal use just Sir or Ma'am and a colon.

    step Six: skip two lines. add complimentary close. again for formality, use Respectfully and a comma

    step Seven: skip six lines, put your signature over your printed name.

    Step Eight: skip two lines: add enclosure (documents, images, resumes, information, etc.)
