  1. First off, be funny, but don't be mean.  You don't have to be original, remember you're promoting conservatism, something that the mainstream media tries to sweep under the rug.

Being mean and saying something like "pave the rainforest" (anti-environmentalist makes you come off as a jerk.  Whereas "save the baby humans" (pro-life) causes the reader to rethink their priorities.

Never accept the premise of a liberal slogan. If the liberal has a sign that says "War Never Solves Anything", turn that slogan on it's ear and say "Except for Communism, Slavery and Fascism Never Solves Anything."

Finally, when the opposing candidate makes a sound byte turn that sound byte around to support your cause.  John Kerry said "I'm reporting for duty" so I made a sign for a Bush rally that said "I'm an Ohio voter and I'm reporting for duty"

If you're really stuck check out Ann Coulter's website or Rush Limbaugh's, or any conservative you respect and has some whit.

Suggestions: "I went to hear Obama's energy plan and all I got was this stupid tire gage
