How to write letters like õÊñ ? Any idea ?

These are all i know if anyone has any site which has a manual of how to write these types of letters please reply.

For Windows Vista

Click on Start, in the Start Search box type in Character Map, when the results come up click on the first one and there it will be!

For Windows XP

1. Click on the Windows Start menu, then All Programs (Start » All Programs) on the lower left of your screen.

2. Select Programs » Accessories » System Tools » Character Map.

ALTERNATE LOCATION: On some PC's, the Character Map may be in another location under Accessories or the Start menu.

TIP: If you use the Character Map a lot, you may want to make a Shortcut (alias) to it on your Desktop or add it to your Start menu.

3. A window should open which displays a series of characters in a grid.

Go to Start-->Run-->type "charmap"

and you can copy paste these letter
