How to write the surnames Miyata, Tsubouchi or Hatakeda in KanGi/Japanese??

=) I'm marrying into a japanese family soon and would like to do the 1,000 cranes and put it into the shape of one of the above surnames ( they're surnames of his mom, grandmother, and i think great grandmother) but no one knows how to write it in Japanese/KanGi... can someone please help me?! :D thank you!!!
