How to you do any flip or spin (horizontally) in mid-air?

ive always been wondering what attribute does a person need to be able to do these things.

Can anyone tell me this ive been thinking of a few things on how your able to but im not entirely sure can someone answer this?

wel you have to be really fit to do this, and have a soft ground to do it un. soft but rigid. yep and then just look it up on youtube and practice. as tehy say practice makes perfect.
