  1. You don't do anything beyond provide a well rounded program that offers a variety of activities. That is how child development works naturally. Just be aware of those children who seem to be having more than the usual difficulty with any area.


  2. Ensure activities provided are easily adapted to all the childrens needs, for instance for a number activity some children wil be able to count to 10 and others from 1- 10 in some way so the activity must be inclusive of all their abilities. This also ensures each child progresss at their own rate as the extension activities are available.
