How to you get rid of eczema?

so my friend has eczema right and he said there is nothing to cure it and its not bright red its kinda flaky and looks like he got in a fight or something idn but he cant find any thing so does any one no of any meds or cream!?!?!?

your friend is allergic to something. friend needs to see an allergist or a dr.first.  i have eczema as well. the allergens have to go first.
