  1. Do full power intervals of about 2-3 minutes. Go up the hill full steam for 3 mins, then go down and just spin around at an easy gear for one minute, then do it all over again and again. This feels like a sumbi*t*ch but it works.


  2. When I ever go up hill, I always warm up with around 20 mins nonstop flat surface biking. Then I put my gear to 1-4 for up hill

  3. Get lots of speed on the flat and when you hit the hill you should have enough momentum to get up. If not get speed etc then get into a gear that isn't too hard or easy and then GO HARD MATE!!! lol

  4. Why answer a silly question that has an answer you all ready know?

  6. keep training and find a gear that best suits for easy riding, if you have front suspension forks, i would lock them out if it is possible on your bike

  9. gain as much speed as you are approaching the hill and while going up keep the same speed dont slow down and dont speed up(unless you are fallinf back down the hill)
